Scala Dei St. Antoni is a wine from a single vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards of Scala Dei, which the Carthusian monks were already working on. With it they have recovered a heritage of elaboration that had disappeared in Priorat, and that consists of making wine as it was made during the 70s or earlier with little to know techology.
