This Zinfandel is made in a more classic style reminiscent of wines made in the 1940s and 1950s. In order to produce a well balanced wine they often blend small amounts of Carignan, Petit Syrah and Gamet with the Zinfandel. Again, like many wines from this estate you do not find it overpowering, a real gem of a wine!
