Tasting Notes: Bright and very intense red purple colour. The aromas are powerful, well developed and sophisticated with memories or tobacco, csasis, chocolate and cedar wood. It's mouthfeel is filled with perfume added with sensations of black currnats, plums and chocolate. There is a good depth of fresh concentration. Aged in new French oak, it is smooth, polished and complex, with lots of perfume, strucutre and toast. Delicious!
Food Match: Great pairing match with spanish vegetarian dishes, smokey flavoured dishes, wild mushrooms, truffle, also pairs well with red meats and soft cheese.
