Vineyard: Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining Champagne Houses to be owned by the founding family; the company established in 1818. This is certainly one of the finest, Grande Marque Champagnes, made with mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
Tasting notes: This Champagne is lively, elegantly textured and fresh with a very long finish. It is one of our favourite of all non-vintage Champagnes, with just the right balance between fruit and acidity.
